Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bella Monroe Boutique! We want you to be love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Contact us to initiate the return process. Please provide the order number, and details about the item(s) you'd like to return.

Once approved, package the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).

Ship the return to the address provided. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Once the item is received, and confirm its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days depending on your bank or credit card company. 

At this time, we do not allow exchanges.  

If you receive a damaged/incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly for you.
